Enabling DFF for Subinventory transfer

Hi,

We want to capture additional information while doing sub inventory transfer using MSCA application.I have enabled DFF Transaction history on form but not able to see the same on Mobile Application.

I am using version R 12.1.3 ,there i can see enabling of LPN DFF but not able to see any other DFF.

Is it possible to capture same using form personalization? or i need to go for adding an additional field to the mentioned form.

Any help in this regard would be helpful.
