HRMS Payroll Questions

Postby Uma.jeyabalan on Thu Apr 16, 2009 11:51 am

Hi,

Date Track is very important feature in HRMS. I would like to share few questions:

1. I have created an employee 'Z' whose marital status is single till 28-Feb-09. Employees marriage is fixed on 30-Jun-09. So HR date tracks to 30-Jun-09 and updates the marital status as 'Married'. Later in the month of 04-Apr-09 HR wants to update his marital status with Domestic Partner. How can he do it?
2. What is the difference between SIT and EIT ?
3. What is the difference between Position Types None and Pooled?
4. What is Event Group?
5. What is the diff b/w _ASG_COMP_PTD and _ASG_PTD in balance dimension?
6. How to enable flexfield in SSHR?
7. Payroll Balance reset date ?
8. Date Offset?
9. Termination Rule?
10. Formula results? What is indirect result?
