ADF on 11.5.10 CU2 / 10G

I have a very basic question, would it be possible for us to use ADF on 11.5.10.2 / 10g platform. The idea is to create a custom app on this platform and we want to either use OA/ADF but unsure about ADF given the Apache version on the mentioned platform. Please let me know if we can use ADF or not.
