Tags were not closed issue with Create Accounting(OFA)

Hello All,

We are in a process of Upgrading eBS from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3 and SLA Create Accounting - Assets Program errors and gives this below exception on output.

The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

The following tags were not closed: XLAACCPB, LIST_APPLICATION. Error processing resource 'http://

The programs works fine because it transfers entries to GL, but it doesn't show the output since there is something missing on the template registration or definition.. Because rest of the create accounting program works fine from other subledgers.. That's the reason I am posting this topic under BI Publisher..

If anyone of you came across this kind of issues please help us on the solution or information you put in place to resolve the issue or direct us because we have SR open with oracle for more than a month and they are trying to find us a solution.
