Create Section wise scoring

I have to create a test in such a ways that when the user taking the test passes stage one, only then can they go to stage two.

So in a way I have to create two sections and if the applicant passes section 1, then they can start section 2.

How can I do this.

Is there a possibility to create two sections in one test, or should I cretae two different tests. How can I integrate this feature - if pass stage one then go to stage two - if I create two tests.
