Introduction
Like Any other ERP Application Oracle HCM Cloud Application (Formerly Known as Fusion Application) offers many delivered BIP and OTBI Reports which can be used to meet customer requirements. One such report is “Worker Report”.
Some of the reasons why this report needs special mention includes:

Provides Details of Most Commonly Used Entities like Person Name, Assignment, Work Relationship, Work Terms, Person Contact, Supervisor and Work Measure.

Multi Data Set Report (Demonstrates how to use Multiple Data Sets in Single Report)

Demonstrates How to Use a Parameter based on a List of Values (commonly known as Menu)

Refers SQL queries which are most frequently used for reporting purposes

Provides information related to various join conditions to be used when fetching data from child entities.
There are many instances where newbies (and for that matter even experienced consultants) are struggling to find relevant table names and associated data field related details to prepare a very basic report. A quick look at the SQLs used in the ‘Worker Report’ might come handy.
So let us now have a look at certain details about the same
Navigation
You should be able to locate ‘Worker Report’ under (a->b)

You would need to provide the following Inputs in order to run the Report

Name of the Person whose details needs t be fetched (‘Frank Arena’ for this case) |

And now, Finally let-us have a look at the Data Model.
We may navigate to the Data Model associated with this report either via

Edit Report and Click on Worker Data Model as shown

Navigator->Tools->Report and Analytics-> /Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Data Exchange/Global Human Resources/Worker/Data Models
Worker Data Model: Details
Once we successfully navigate to the Data Model Location, we could click on Edit Button and would be able to see the Data Model Diagram
In order to get the underlying query associated with the Data Set we should click on the Data Set name and select the Edit Data Set (as shown)
And the SQL query would be displayed in a Popup Window
One may also select the various Data Model Properties to get more details on the same.
For example, if one clicks on ‘Person Name’ a new page would open up and it containing information related with the same.
Similarly, one may find details for other components too.
