This is a three-day interactive training course created keeping in view the basics and the advanced concepts in Subledger Accounting. Training consists of intensive exercises to ensure you learn and master Subledger Accounting for use in implementation projects.

After learning the basics, you will then learn the advanced features of Oracle Subledger Accounting. You will learn how to use the Accounting Methods Builder (AMB) to create and modify subledger journal line setups and application accounting definitions [ AAD ].
We will then teach you the importance of Create Accounting Program & how it operates to create journals in XLA. After the Journal Entries are created in SLA, those are then transferred to General Ledger in either summary or detailed mode. We will explain how the transfer modes are controlled at various levels.
We will end this course after explaining the advanced R12 SLA features such as custom sources, business flows, multi period accounting, sequences and the diagnostic framework.

Hands On Labs
Instructor will give various exercises to the trainees to perform hands on labs. This will give the trainees real life experience of SLA & its use cases in Oracle EBS. You will be creating custom Journal Line Types, creating custom Account Derivation Rules and mapping sets. You will be able to see the net effect of your changes in the journals that get created in SLA & General Ledger
