This AI assistant will help the manager and HR update the employee’s working hours through efficient interaction with them. To change the working hours, we need to check the data from different UIs, but using the AI Assistant, we can easily fetch and calculate the data like current, standard working hours and FTEs for the specific employee in a single conversation to ensure accuracy.
By giving the new changing hours in the AI Agent, it will check the requirements of ours with the company policy to validate our needs. After validation, it will check which rules are met and which are not met. This will help the managers and HR make a wise decision about the change in working hours.
To make the updates, it will read the complete UI and offer a fast way. And it will prevent another change in working hours, as the current one is in progress, to avoid duplicate requests and improve the accuracy of transactions.
