1. Workforce Recognition and Award Program Administrator 

  • Configures global settings. 
  • Creates and manages recognition programs. 

2. Employee Role 

  • Recognises and appreciates peers. 
  • Views and interacts with ongoing recognitions. 

Configuring Global Settings 

Administrators can configure organisation-wide recognition rules and parameters, including: 

1. Reward Points 

      • Enables employees to allocate points for peer recognition. 
      • Employees receive a default allocation of 200 points per month. 

      2. Redeem Points 

        • Employees can convert reward points into cash. 
        • Admins define conversion rates (e.g., 2 points = 1 USD) and configure payroll elements for seamless transactions.
