Hi, can some one guide me on the list of user ids which has superuser privileges in Oracle cloud FSCM instance, which is given by apps2fusion for practice.

For important processes and data, the userid provided in portal is not having enough privilege, for example there are no journals available, as it doesn't have any data access allocated.

Hi Rakesh,

For accessing important processes and data in the Oracle Cloud FSCM instance provided by Apps2Fusion, please use the user ID user_r13_a2f which is displayed on the dashboard. This user is considered the superuser and has the necessary privileges for most administrative and functional tasks.

If you’re experiencing limitations like missing journals or lack of data access, it's likely because the currently used account doesn’t have sufficient privileges. Switching to user_r13_a2f should resolve the issue. (Click here)
