A Time Category classifies which time entries to include (e.g., payroll time, project time).

&

A Time Consumer Set defines who uses the time data (e.g., payroll, project costing) and how (approval, validation, transfer) — and it uses a Time Category to filter the time entries.

  • Setup order: Create the Time Category first → then create the Time Consumer Set that references it.
