hello Anil

can you please tell me how to :
schedule a daily process to automate end dating of user responsibilitie s where a user hasn’t accessed Adelphi(our production environment) for at least 6 months.

than k you

Hi firstly check if fnd_logins retains the login details for over6months.

Alternately, attach a workflow event subscription to the event which is raised when user login takes place. next, write a concurrent program that compares the records in fnd_user with those in fnd_logins/your temp table, and end date responsibility assignment

l et me know if you want SQL for end dating responsibility assignment

I saw ur website only 2 days back,it was referred by my friend.Iam new to HRMS,i have to do a project which is conversion of employees and buyers.
i have done comversion in OM ,i know the basic step is to create a staging table ,then pass the validated values to interface table and finally run a concurrent program called order import.
But ,in hrms ,I neither find any interface table regarding per_all_people_ f or i dont find any concurrent program to run. can u please explain me how to do the conversion of employees and buyers. it will be really helpfull.u r my last hope.

I find your site very informative. I have some issue with payroll flsa hours.
The Overtime 1.5 is not calculating the correct amount . currently it calcualtes like regular salary /regular hours = rate * 1.5
but we ned this to be regular wages/(regular hours + over time hours) = rate * 1.5
like 2888/80 but it should be 2888/(80+5) where 5 is the overtime hours. I have checked the FLSA hours in the element discription for the overtime 1.5 still no luck. Can you please help me.

What can cause an assignment action to go into status "skipped" when running a payroll run?
I have a problem with some assignments that wouldn't run and instead went into that status, but I don't know where to start looking for whatever causes it.
Can you please tell me what are the probable causes of this?

You will have to substring, there is no other choice.
To audit, you can keep the original name in an SIT which you can populate during migration

I seen your site some days and found it very informative. I have 7 years of experience in payroll configuration and implementation, now I want to get hands-on of Oracle HRMS. Can you refer me step by step guide for Oracle HRMS (payroll configuration related). I would be very grateful to get these guides.

I have another question here, how can we handle substiture wages in Oracle Payroll. For these type of wages an employee is paid a salary of another designation for a specific day.
