How do open a D2k form from a framework page with parameters

Hi - I have a requirement to open a D2K form an OA Framework page, passing information via a parameter. I have created a button through personalization which has a destination URI of
OA.jsp?OAFun c=XX_XXTRFRMA&P _INCIDENT_ID={@ IncidentId}
Whe n I do this, it opens the form, but I get an error of
UTIL-PARAM STRING ERROR
This error happens within the application, not on the html page. Can you help with this? If I hardcode a value for IncidentId like this
OA.jsp?OAF unc=XX_XXTRFRMA &P_INCIDENT_ID= 123456
the form opens as expected.
