Apps2fusion Inc is an Oracle Gold Partner and offers various training courses. Apps2Fusion Inc is headquartered in US having operations in US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, India, China and Japan. It is divided into 3 regions North America, Europe and APAC.

Apps2fusion group is using the same chart of account in all the countries except Germany. There are two additional segments in Germany COA compare to the global COA.
All the companies are using January to December calendar except India and China. India and China are using Apr to Mar calendar. The functional currency for each of these countries will be the local currency used that country.

The procurement, payables and receivables operations are managed by local team in each country. The main suppliers are trainers and the customers are individual trainees or IT service providers.

The management reports are prepared at country level, region level and global level. The currencies USD, EUR and INR are used for financial reporting in North America, Europe and APAC regions respectively.

Apps2fusion Inc has decided to Implement Fusion Financials for entire group. As a service provider, you need to define the enterprise and financial structure for Apps2fusion group which should help in generating all the management reports.

Thanks for sharinf the information. However, I was expecting detailed enterprise structure like how many BU are setup and type of BU like (Requisition BU or Procurement BU etc). How many primary ledger, Secondary Ledger and Reporting currency are required to setup in order to meet the requirements. And what is the business case for each of the decision.
