I am not able to create new implementation project. it is giving some warning saying' too many matching records found. specify additional criteria to limit the number of records'
how do i create new project now?

    Which instance you are using? Please share the URL here.

    What name are you trying to enter for implementation project?
    Also try creating the implementation project with a different name and test once.
