Hi Team,

I have done the Siebel IP2017 migration installation from Siebel IP2016. As a part of migrate installation, I was able to install and configure eappweb, SES, Tools and Web Client. And I have done the database upgrade from IP2016 to IP2017 using database configuration wizard. However after completing the installation, Siebel service is not starting and saying unable to connect to gateway. Also unable to launch Siebel tools with the upgraded database. Could you please review the below error information of siebsrvr and tools log and provide the solution.

Please find the below information from siebsrvr logs, it is saying unable to connect to Siebel gateway. However gateway is up and running and Siebel server is installed in the same machine.

Logs are attached for your reference.

    There are many possibilities for this error. Please refer the attached txt file where different scenarios are given for your understanding. Please follow the same to get it resolved.
