Default Payment Method Doubt

If an employee has two payment methods,priority 1 bank transfer with 50% and priority 2 bank transfer with 25 %.Will the remaining 25% be paid by the default payment method attached to the payroll?
Or will the Prepayment process throw an error for this employee ?

Hi,

The prepayment process doesn't throw any error in the given case, the remaining amount will be processed through the default payment method of the payroll (most the cases the default payment method is Check).
