We have a tax requirement of one of our OU to calculate Withholding Tax (WHT) for AP Line Type=’Item’ and ‘Nonrecoverable Tax’.
There should be no Withholding Tax for AP Line Type= ‘Recoverable Tax’.

can this requirement be achieved in oracle standard functionality? or not possible?
if possible could please provide the steps to achieve the same
