In the previous article, we explored the process of creating a basic real-time analysis using Oracle Fusion Transaction Business Intelligence Analysis Editor. Now that we have our Headcount by Department analysis saved, it’s time to take it a step further by integrating it into the Human Resources Dashboard. This will allow users to view the analysis directly within the dashboard, enhancing visibility and accessibility. In this article, we will guide you through the process of adding your analysis to the HR dashboard in just a few steps.

Incorporating an Analysis into the Human Resources Dashboard

  1. Access the Human Resources dashboard
  2. In the global area, select your name and choose Edit Current Page
  3. Navigate to Change Layout and opt for the two-column layout with a narrow left side. 
  4. For the wider column, click Add Content. The Reports and Analytics folder in the Add Content dialog displays what’s available in the BI catalog. 
  5. Inside the catalog, go to My Folder, select the analysis you created earlier, Headcount by Department, and click Add to include all analysis views. 
  6. Once the analysis appears at the top of the wider column, click Close
  7. Finally, select Save and then Close
