First of all regarding the accessibility of Scheduled proessesess, if you have required privileges and roles please follow below to enable the Schedule Process submenu in the Tools menu.
[N] Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage Implementation Project > Define Common Applications Configuration for > Maintain Common Reference Objects for -- > Manage Menu Customization

Expand the task for Tools and select the Schedule Processes and click on edit icon and enable the Rendered Check box. Then, Click on (B) Save and Close.

If you don't have the required roles please do let us know and we can enable it for you.

Regarding the secondary ledger we have replied to your previous query and request you to go through it and act accordingly.
