Solution –
Please confirm whether any other enterprise is loaded or not. If yes, roll back the configuration for loaded enterprise. Only one enterprise can be loaded in system at one time. After that you should be able to load the enterprise created by you.
If still you are not able to do, please try to see your security settings.
And Jobs and positions can be configured manually by %manage%job% and %manage%position% task in FSM.
