It seems the following set up needs to be performed as per the note CE: Unable to See the Legal Entity List of Values in the Bank Account Owner Field (Doc ID 415529.1)
Reason: Cash Management responsibility must be assigned the Legal Entities to which you want to grant access to all bank accounts

Is it possible as this required login access as SYSADMIN.

Please can this be done for cash management responsibility SKM009 Cash Management Superuser.
