Hi Team,

while uploading "create Uncosted Nonlabor Expenditure Batch" sheet , the Error Message "Row Inserted" ..

we will goto Project costs and Overview > unreleased expenditure batch > uploaded records are available here in the UI. after that we will select the row and open row. here we are having the issue. the release but is grayed out. save and reject button is available. why it got grayed out.

we have made change for revenue method and invoice method changes.. have deactivated old methods and created new methods and assigned to the contract.

why release button got grayed out. could you please help me ASAP
