We have implemented  a few modules in Oracle fusion SaaS recently and we are looking to know Oracle fusion SaaS refresh or clone process.  How we can request Oracle to refresh Development and UAT by copying/cloning from production?    By raising Oracle SR?   Another question arise here is usually how many refresh/cloning Oracle allow per year for Oracle Fusion SaaS?   Appeciate your help

In Oracle Fusion SaaS, the process of refreshing or cloning environments (such as Development and UAT) from the Production environment typically involves submitting a service request (SR) to Oracle

Thank you for answering my question.     Usually Oracle put any limitation for clone/refresh per year?

Oracle's policies regarding limitations on the number of clones or refreshes per year can vary depending on several factors, including your subscription agreement, the specific Oracle Fusion SaaS services you're using, and any negotiated terms or service level agreements (SLAs).

In many cases, Oracle does not explicitly set a hard limit on the number of clones or refreshes per year. However, there may be practical considerations and best practices to keep in mind when requesting clones or refreshes. These considerations include: Resource Availability, Cost Implications, SLAs
