[Closed] Vision=1 instance is very slow

Vision#1 instance is very slow and infact it is horrible experience to work on it, isn't providing instances with proper performance part of the service, can some one put attention on it?

 

Past 2 days, I get error message "connection to the server has failed" after spinning for 10-15 minutes.

Hi Kalyan, 

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. 

We have checked from our Internal Team and came to know that the first 2 instance i.e. eqjz Fusion Rel 13 Update 24A Vision Instance #1 and esll Fusion Rel 13 Update 24A Vision Instance #2 are working properly.

On the other hand, the third instance i.e. etaj Fusion Rel 13 Update 24A Vision Instance #3, is getting worked upon. Once it is updated, it will automatically appear on your Dashboard.
