Can some one please help me with how I can delete a 'contact' if I have already enrolled that contact in a plan.
System is giving me an error that ''cannot delete the contact because person is designated as benefit dependent''.
Now even if I de-enroll that contact from the plan, I am still getting the same error.
I have all the admin rights. I feel that I have to back-out the Conversion event and de-enroll the contact however I am able to go through these steps as well.
Please help me with how and what should I do. It would be of great help.
