[Solved] Primary Ledger Status showing as Error under Management Primary Ledger

After performing rapid Imp steps, I have noticed Primary ledger status showing in Error

How to find the reason behind the error and how to fix the issue?

Application Implementation Consultant is enough to configure the system. Please share the error screen snapshot, as you are unable to upload the log file.

Unfortunately, Instance got refreshed where I found this issue. But again, I tried to replicate the process in a new instance and all the Primary Ledgers are showing in Green.

If the issue is repeated, I will upload log and output files to this thread.
