Consider a business scenario where I have 7 independent EBS R12 applications running in 7 regions and I need to consolidate the balances from 7 regional GL applications to FAH at PLC (Group) level in UK. These EBS applications are in different infrastructure and data can be transferred through middle layer like Biztalk. How do we achieve the design in such a situation? Can we apply co existence patch in these 7 EBS applications without Fusion being implemented there and transfer data from new co existence table through a middle layer (TIBCO or Biztalk) to Fusion tables in UK FAH tables and run Journal import in UK FAH application?

No need to use TIBCO or BizTalk as middleware. you can install co-existence patches on all EBS instances and using GoldenGate, data will be replicated in fusion. FAH allows multiple EBS systems as source. Ensure that System ID is unique for each EBS instance.
