Assuming a scenario when client has implemented EBS12 and client is looking forward to integrate some legacy applications with EBS for consolidation of reports.
a) Will oracle offer any separate licence for FAH (without fusion financials)?
b) Do we need to migrate the data from EBS12 to Fusion GL? If yes, then how is it going to happen? If no, then how drilldown will happen from FAH?

FAH is separately licensed. FAH on-premise can be integrated with EBS r12. Fusion GL is part and parcel of FAH

Can we have EBS and FAH cloud at the same time? And how consloidation will happen from FAH that have the data from legacy system as well as EBS (as described in the scenario). Please let us know if any further clarification is required on question.
