Is there any reference data objects available for General Ledger? There can be a scenario when we have defined the rates in one ledger and we wanted to replicate the same rates for my other ledgers also? Or we have define custom journal sources in one General Ledger and wanted to define the same in other Journals?

No, there is no reference set enabled entity in GL. Exchange rates, journal sources are all at instance level.

Also, what I have observed is reference set functionality is enabled for modules where business units are used.
