Fusion Order Management questions Doubt

1. Order no:90354 - I am not able to add Items to the Order line. Items I defined are not showing up.Not sure what Am I missing.

2. Order no:90355 - When I go to Manage Shipment Lines menu to pull this Order, it doesn't show up. Reason the default Inventory Organization points to KBKC. I tried to change to correct Warehouse (Inventory Org 001-Seattle) and the Inventory Org 001-Seattle is not showing up for me to change. I need to create shipment for this Order 90355 and stuck, could not due to this issue.

1) Check if the item is Sales Order Enabled
Check if the item is orderable -- Both these checks to be performed in the item definition.

2) Most probably you don't have access to that org -- check if you have data access to the org 001 - Seattle. Especially if you have the shipping manager or shipping agent role with the Seattle data access.
