In an analysis report i have two dates X and Y. Need to provide a prompt in a such way that it pull out all data between X and Y dates.

Like user should see only one prompt of date as 'As of date ' and this date should fetch all rows that are between dates X and Y. How should i create this prompt and pass between these two dates.

This is for analysis report.

Solution –
1) Create a prompt as presentation variable like date_field1. While creating prompt, select expand options and select Presentation variable in set a variable option. Name can be date_field1
2) Use filter conditions in report like: Date X is greater than or equal to @{date_field1} AND
Date Y is less than or equal to @{date_field1}
