While creating implementation project, we select the tasks to be implemented for eg. Workforce Deployment. Once I save the implementation project and click on "Done", it doesn't allow me to go and add more tasks on the same implementation project (The trainer also advises to delete the project and create a new one). Now if this were for a client and I complete the workforce deployment for them. After a year they come back asking for more modules like Compensation, Payroll etc, how do we accomodate this? Can 2 implementation projects co-exist on the zone talking to each other from a data and process perspective?

More than one implementation projects can co exist on same instance and share data. Any project which is not frozen can have new tasks added, this seems more like an instance issue.
