How to add OTBI DATA model report to fusion page so that user need not to navigate through Report and Analytics navigator and drill down further navigations? Have gone through all metalink docs however its not working as expected.
Here is my requirement :

Have created Report using custom sql (Data model). This report has parameters as well. It is in shared folders--> custom--> X report & corresponding Data model
Working on fusion R11, we have an option to add content and can select Report and Analytics from BI presentation server and add the report whichever we want. However since this is custom Data model the folder in BI presentation comes as empty since it works only for Analytics sort of report as per this note (Fusion BI Publisher - Reports Not Available In Folders For Personalization (Doc ID 1939355.1)
Explored another option and added the same custom report to dashboard through which the report is now available in Administration > Customize Work Area Pages > Add Content>Reports and Analytics (Folder) > BI Presentation Server > Shared Folder.
The issue the report doesn't come as expected and is missing on parameters. Also this report is displaying in a very small frame section without yielding results. How can I personalize this custom report with all parameters and would like to provide a click option say X report click here and then the report should open in a new window with parameters.

    Hello,

This is an issue in Fusion HCM. There are some workaround. 1) Add the URL of the report (Link) on Fusion Page. 2) Try to customize Human resource dashboard. There you will be able to see the custom BI reports in reporting and analytics section.

The main reason BI publisher reports are not exposed in Fusion personalization resource catalog is because generally they are not controlled by Fusion security. So the end user can get access for all data . On other hand analysis are controlled as per Fusion security . Hence in analysis user will have access to the data depending on his/her access privilege.
