I have a requirement where We are gonna have the following scenario
Source : EBS R12 On premise
Destination : Fusion Financials Cloud

We have a use case where a gl code combination will be created in the Source EBS R12 instance and that combination needs to be created in the Fusion financials cloud instance ie Both systems need to be synced.

Now on the EBS R12 side I'm pretty sure either a trigger or a business event can be used to "trigger" the use case but the question I have is ..
On the fusion financials cloud side , Is there a webservice / API that can be used to enter the new code combinations programmatically instead of someone having to load them manually ?

This is an important use case and I would appreciate an answer.
