Please follow below steps to view generated output file:

1. Add payroll administrator role to user account
2. Create data role by using payroll manager or Payroll Administration with view all access at flow level.
3. Add created data role to user account
4. Run the Retrieve latest LDAP process to sync user account (newly added roles)

Then, try to run the HCM extract and view extract results by navigating below path.

Navigator->Payroll->checklist

Search for submitted flow and check the results.
