Supplier Master in case of multiple BU Doubt

Use case: Company has multiple BUs spread across multiple countries

In this case which approach is suggested and supported by Fusion R13 and pros & cons of each -

1. Having a global Supplier Master. Is this approach possible only in case of a shared Procurement setup?
2. Storing suppliers data for that specific BU

Hello,

Case 1- We always have a global supplier master. This is possible whether or not shared procurement setup.

Case 2-
Supplier data is always stored for a specific BU only using supplier sites.

So you create a supplier master and under that you create supplier sites for each business unit.

If you have access to that BU you can access the supplier site data otherwise not.
