Objective
This article is to outline the Oracle Cloud features which helps to capture specific information required hiring employees in person naming format, the information to be recorded is different for hiring employees in each of the country. With the limited localisations packages and customizations being a big No-no in Cloud. The Person name styles feature helps to configure the different name styles for each countries.
This is a very important feature as it can help to address the need to capture the different person name formats for employees for each country.

The person name format in the hiring name differs according to the legal entity in which the employees are being hired.
In the below selected example for Chile, the following information are available
‘Given name’ is captured for employees. In this Illustration let’s try to add the ‘Given name’ field for Chile. The person name styles allows to add specific fields for specific countries.
For example:
When an employee is hired in United states, HR/manager will not have the ‘Given name’ field in the person details section. This helps to have field’s specific to the country without personalisation/customisations.
We have added the ‘Given Name’ Specific to employees hired in Chile.
In the ‘New person’ employee we have selected the ‘Chile Legal Entity’. The ‘Given Name’ field is now available
