Hi
Iam getting the following error
The payroll relationship or assignment isn't eligible for the element Statutory Deductions on the date 2001-02-01. (PAY-1635125)
Check if the employment record for the person meets the eligibility criteria defined for the element.
Iam using Core HR setup and nothing related to Payroll.
Can anyone help me out.

Hi Lakshmi,
Please go through the below points.
1) Check the date on the deduction card.
2) Check if there is eligibility for the salary element (If it is created).
3) Check effective dates of the element, eligibility.
