Setup Oracle Sales Cloud on Mobile Task

Download, Install and Setup Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile.

1.  Download and install the Sales Cloud Mobile application on your Smartphone:

• iPhone: Search for “Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile” and download it from the Apple App Store.

• Android: Search for “Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile” and download it from Google Play.

• Blackberry: You need to find the installation file for Sales Cloud Mobile. To determine the location, replace with <hostname> with the host URL value that you will obtainin the next step:

2. Obtain the correct host name and URL:

a. Signin to the Desktop UI as using your assigned login..

b. In the global area, select Navigator >Customization>Application Composer.

c. Note the host name from the browser address

3. Sign in to the Sales Cloud Mobile applicationon your Smartphone as the sales representative lisa.jones.

a. Tap the Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile icon on your phone.

b. On the sign in page,tap the Action icon next to Sign In and then tap Advanced.

Set Host = the host name from the previous step. For example:

adc-fap0123-crm.oracledemos.com

Note:Make sure this URL is correct or the application will not be able to connect to the server.

d. Return to the sign in page,enter lisa.jones as the username and the password assigned to your user, and tap Sign In.
